There is lot in your post that makes since to me but I don't think he went to Europe last week he just mentioned in a tweet about the 2 possibilities of PL Deals from Europe.
Myself I don't think he needs to tell every detail of what is going on with meetings, though it would help a lot of investors understand some things but unnecessary on my part. JMO
