It is odd that the refiled Q3 still shows 10bil; as it seems it should have been edited before refiling, but it was not so that makes me wonder if something changed and has not his shown up on the Wyomimgsos as an amended filing there.
If it has really changed as stated in the WyomingSOS filing; then I an inclined to believe as stated on liehub by Justbecause516 as follows:

No fear here for me because if that is the case and the A/S would be 20bil shares; then it would be ludicrous for those extra 10bil shares to be used for any other reason. In my opinion anyway.
