MMTE investors, even if someone buys the argument that William's attorney advised him to use the "wrong attorney" defense, that same attorney would have been legally obligated to tell William this type of defense was dubious --- AT BEST. Hence, there is no good reason to mislead investors by saying the lawsuit was frivolous and without merit. Also, since William did in fact take Overcash's money, how can he possibly claim the lawsuit is frivolous? I can tell all that William informed me this lawsuit was without merit and would likely be thrown out. Lieberman also told me that if Overcash decided to pursue this legal action, he would put Joe in prison for all the illegal things he had done. Well, Joe Overcash did not go to jail, and the judge ruled that what William did was improper. How is that for living in a fantasy world? Remember also that this was during the time Brian McDonald was working for MMTE. Brian was very upset with William for the way he was handling the situation, and I suggest that if anyone is serious about a legal action against William, they should try to contact him. However, Brian may have signed a confidentiality agreement with William, and I don't know if such an agreement would extend to a legally questionable activity.
