I got that from that presentation you posted at some company they integrated their app into. It had a lot of content about the product as well as sales pitches and other things, that had previously been accessible but one had to look for it in several places, now it was all in one place. I don't doubt for something like that where a lot of time is spent integrating with pre-existing content or customizing somehow for a company there would be an up-front charge or expectation that they are going to push it out to some percentage of that company's user base.
