Anybody, either long or short, trying to pass off that they have information that nobody else is privy to is plain full of hot air. IPIX has been a model IMO as to keeping information close to the vest that could possibly jeopardize our CDAs and current negotiations with BPs or dealings with the FDA.

While nobody has been given definitive hard information, there has been communication, Leo's Thanksgiving ltr to shareholders being a main one, that leads many longs to believe we should be in very good shape regarding the upcoming EOP mtg with the FDA in mid-December that could/should lead to a very near term deal, at least for the OM indication. Nothing positive, just a feeling from the tone of the communication.

I have never been near the HQ in Beverly MA nor have I had any personal contact with mgt other than an email I sent to Leo last Spring regarding my sister who was having throat radiation and most likely would be incurring Oral Mucositis. But I do have contacts that are closer to mgt and know mgt on a personal level.

I have said that IMO the only variable in IPIX that isn't based on hard facts is the integrity of Leo. I have heard from a number of contacts that have met him over the last 6 years and all are impressed with him as a person of character and that he is a stand-up guy. I can ask no more of mgt than that. These same contacts are as of today as pumped regarding the future of IPIX as ever and they all expect IPIX not to just survive but to be a world-class investment.
