Could happen anytime, waiting for Jan court date, decision time , judges after reading the briefs if one sided in evidence may have already reach a decision .
If you have read the briefs most here have, there is very strong optimism for a quick decision in SFORs favor.
only 1 claim out of 53 claims was challenged .
It was #53 that was dismissed.
#53 had already been validated in a PTAB victory. Point is, this is not a complicated case, the evidence if you have read it in SAs brief is pretty much non existent.
