ProForma most likely in S-1A will show the combined companies Estimated Financials which I believe will be over $3 million/quarter given SoundConcepts had $5.9 Million in Revs for the first 6 months from Jan - June 2018. Since Aug 2018 Sound Concepts has increased their paying Users by 127,000 (35%) to 490,000 paying users.
Even if they only pay $5/month that means an extra

If Sound Concepts charges $10 / Month for Brightools It equates to an extra
