ANDIAMO CORP ACQUIRES SUSTAINABLE WATER SOLUTIONS. INC.<~~WHAT DOES THAT SAY?? HELLOOOO.... LMMAO!
Lansing, MI, November 20, 2018 –(ANDI) Andiamo Corp. announced today the acquisition of Sustainable Water Solutions Inc. (SWS) in an all stock deal.
SWS develops and incorporates environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies into modular and distributed components and integrated systems for water, wastewater treatment and industrial water applications. SWS’s capabilities include design, engineering, manufacturing, installation and services water treatment systems utilizing proprietary technologies to clean water and treat wastewater for industrial and environmental applications. The Company’s primary applications focus on ultrapure, industrial, power generation, tertiary recovery and ground water remediation in the laboratory, pharmaceutical, power generation, pulp and paper, municipal, catastrophe response and environmental markets. The product mix includes reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, deionization, filtration, deaerators, and PFC remediation. All products will be available in portable containers for quick dispatch, remote installation, and monitoring ideal for worldwide catastrophe support.
SWS is developing its own technologies and applications while constantly evaluating potential acquisition targets with a strong service base and emerging technologies for synergistic applications. The Company’s objective is growth through a combination of internal development, technology acquisition, service outlet acquisition and improved marketing to end users.
The current primary, proprietary technology includes the use of patented rhamnolipid technology and the development of a diffusion-based dosing technology. The incorporation of rhamnolipid, and other proprietary technologies into water treatment systems, lowers the operating costs, carbon footprints and environmental impact of equipment.
SWS currently has confidential LOI’s with two water treatment companies with an extensive installed base, distribution infrastructure and manufacturing facilities. The acquisitions, upon completed, have specialty environmental permits which support SWS’ continued expansion, and could provide a 30- year profitable operating history with approximately $8 million in operating revenues.
Mr. Donald R. Keer, P.E., Esq. has stepped down as Interim CEO of ANDI and is the President and CEO of Sustainable Water Solutions, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in the water treatment industry as an engineer, business owner and attorney, he is the right person to head up SWS and these proposed acquisitions.
