From what I gather there are 10 pieces that have to come together to have a completed panel. 1) The QD's. 2) The Film along with the QD's applied to the film 3) Electrodes to transfer the generated energy 4) The Frame. 5) A protective cover plate. 6) Frame and cover plate insulation. 7) A plug in port. 
All necessary panel mounting materials. 9) A panel information label. 10) An installation guild. And there you are your first QMC QD Solar panel. Did I miss anything?Oh yea a ribbon for the first panel installed.
