You have never heard Rory talking about "plan

You have never heard Rory talking about "plan B" for the acquisition if nFUSZ can't raise enough money, and my guess would be you never will. It would have nothing to do with a quiet period either. From what I see and know about Rory is that not getting the money for the acquisition is not an option. That doesn't mean it wouldn't be delayed, but I believe he wouldn't have set his eyes on the acquisition and spent time and money auditing SC if it was just a thought. I also believe Rory wouldn't accept failure to uplist to NASDAQ as an option. The potential for FUSZ to now do a RS is proof of that. I feel Rory is laser focused on company goals (which includes building the most value for long term investors).
