I agree, too many people will lose too many shares

I agree, too many people will lose too many shares on a RS and there's always a chance the SP goes down after the uplist. I would like to see the SP go to at least $1 organically before considering a RS. Post sales including SC merger #s in the S1-A without a video update. Send out a tweet that Fusz will do everything it can to uplist without the RS and see what happens. Combine that with an announcement with another bigtime company (Microsoft) and who knows how high this will run? I feel we would be close to $1 right now if not for the RS announcement bc the news we recieved a few days ago was really great, but the RS news trumped all of it and scared the crap out of people = panic selling. RS decision should consider all shareholders, not just a select few.
