Summary of Company Updates!
After reading this, does anyone think ANDI is closing up shop? Heck NO! These recent updates point to the Company moving forward! This is getting ready to Rock! Here's a summary of Recent Updates:
November 21, 2018 "State of the Company" Letter to the Shareholders
- William White bought the Controlling Interest back. He is now the Chairman/CEO
- Utopya will remain with ANDI as a subsidiary (Utopya CEO is Ian Brewster)
Utopya is not going anywhere. Utopya will produce Smartphones & Mobile Technology
- Update to SWS Acquisition (subsidiary of ANDI) - The goal is to have both LOI's converted into Stock Purchase Agreements by the end of 2018 (the goal is for the first to be completed in two weeks). Once done, SWS will begin it's "Road Show" in order to secure direct funding for acquisitions that Mr.Keer has brought with him.
- Update on Signed Partnership with MTAC Branding & Solutions - There's an eye towards the specialty & License Markets
- Quarterly & Year End Reports - Working on correcting a couple issues with the Q2/Q3 for 2018 and once that is done will complete Year End. The goal is to have this done & current by the week of December 3rd.
- Seek new Company Counsel in light of Donald Keer becoming CEO of SWS
- Will be seeking to engage an Auditor sometime in 2019 to become fully reporting towards attaining higher market place.
- Realigned Corporate Focus & Mission into more of a role as a Holdings Company
- Revamping & Relaunching our website @AndiamoCorp
November 20, 2018 ANDI Acquires Sustainable Water Solutions Inc (SWS) in an all stock deal.
SWS is now a subsidiary of ANDI. Donald Keer will be CEO of SWS. SWS currently has LOI's with two water treatment Company's. The acquisitions when completed, could provide $8 Million in Revenue Annually. Mr Keer has an offer for direct funding of acquisitions which mean this deal further fits our goal of non-dilutive funding.
November 13, 2018 Andiamo Corp and MTAC Branding & Talent Solutions to launch Celebrity Mobile Phone Line.
MTAC will oversee the licensing sales, marketing, and distribution of the phone line, with the first phone being a "one of a kind" collectors edition for one of their more prominent clients. Andiamo will provide the Phones.
September 25, 2018 Open Letter to the Shareholders from the CEO
- Announced Company will have 3 Divisions (Smart Devices & Phones, Software & Applications, System Optimization & Security)
- Announced Phones exist and are in the hands of potential Distributors & Marketing partners. Simultaneously we are working to complete our certifications and to tune the phones for the US markets.
(Announced, Our objective is to complete these efforts as quickly as possible)
Sept 2018 New Consultant Added:
Michael Hancock - Previously with "The Teralight Group" as the Director & General Counsel before going into private business as a Consultant
September 6, 2018 Temporary CEO Announced
Donald R. Keer replaces Mike Starkweather who is officially gone, thank God!
