This is a HUGE mistake and the reason we're trading under .20.
"It really doesn't matter what the RS will be IF Rory chooses to do one."
As a large shareholder it does matter to me and should to all shareholders large and small.
"The main purpose of nFUSZ doing a RS is to qualify to move to NASDAQ. Once there, I'm sure the PRs will hold more value to educated investors.
An RS is fine to get to NASDAQ but anything larger than a 4:1 will destroy shareholder exponential potential.
"If it made sense to later do a FS, then I'm sure Rory would."
Thats a gigantic "IF". This is nothing more than wishful thinking. It may be year's before it could be possible. Unfortunately many if not most shareholders are stuck in the stock waiting for it to go back to their original buy in price to sell. Some have been waiting years.
Bottom line the company needs revenues!!
