Just thought of Comparing RMHB to other OTC beverage stocks that are already doing it- to see what the future could bring for us.
I saw earlier someone mention a company NBEV so I researched it. They sell teas, energy drinks /Kombucha etc.. so pretty similar and just starting to get into cbd etc..
They have 73 mill outstanding shares and have grown their sales from 2 mill a yr in 2016 to about 50 mill. REVENUE per Share is 1.31
stock trades around $4 per share ish..
What would happen if RMHB grew their sales to $50 mill a year and the current share structure 1.75 billion remains steady (which it wont be lets assume)?
If we eventually grow to 50 mill sales in a year with the curent share structure(24 x NBEV) and shares remain the same we should be valued at about 250 million-300 million(it would seem that it is 4-6x yearly earnings).
Value of 250 million divided by 1.750 billion shares is about .14 cents a share.
Obviously if we grow to that size of sales- it would be hoped that we can reduce the amount of shares to something more workable.
I think 50 mill in revenues is doable by 2020 . You get some major global deals going and it could happen pretty quickly.
