Yes EpikTrades. I did see the MariMed 10Q clearly stating they purchased and are now running the AGRiMED grow and processing facility in Pennsylvania. This means MariMed and AGRiMED will have a close working relationship going forward, and that certainly could lead to a merger down the road, but not right away in my opinion.
What MariMed gains is market territory or geographic reach. MariMed is expert at growing and processing, so this frees up AGRiMED resources to concentrate on other areas. Since MariMed is looking for additional market territory, this is where HCI and Sativeo come in. Both HCI and Sativeo have operations in other states, and HCI has been recruiting cotton and tobacco farmers throughout the South for at least the last two years and maybe even more. The Farm Bill will cement the relationships forged with these farmers, and we might be surprise at just how many there are and in how many states they operate.
Univec gains a proprietary cannabis printing technology that will allow UNVC to custom make patches for every customer and every medical ailment imaginable. The combined power of Health Resources Inc. and the MariMed distribution channels may result in the most far reaching and powerful distribution network in the industry.
Should all these companies pull together at some point in the future, the strength and power of that corporate entity would be monumental. Yet, other partnerships and joint ventures are soon to be revealed. Think global, and think beyond just medical purposes. The mind truly does begin to real with all the possibilities.
