So, first the wording here is bad. Of course they won't sell in the first year b/c they simply cannot. Second, anything after that first year is completely dependent on the investors and HHSE has no say which is why they chose the word "expected" when they discuss them selling their shares.
Second, the cash infusion on the balance sheet would be immediate yes, but that does NOT equate to the PPS moving up. Even if the market as a whole looks forward, that does NOT mean they are looking forward with HHSE. Hence why it's trading barely over .01. And that's with looking forward at the Form 10, MyFlix and the cash infusion. Looking forward... still at .01. And let's look back at the last production that was started. The PPS did NOT move forward at that either. Will all this said I think it's safe that the market will not push the pps of HHSE with forward looking statements, ONLY will solid revenue. Until that happens, I do not expect this to move.
In regards to the investors, we simply have no idea who they are. So, but you have to remember that these investors are probably not buying on the open market. But speculation leads to believe that if they do get shares, they may attempt to push the PPS past their buy point as will their friends.
