They had mentioned filing the S1 in January (in the blog) after the initial set of Form 10 comments are received from the SEC, therefore the Form 10 would have to be filed in either December or early January. Regardless, the important this is that the 10% direct purchase doesn't make those 90M shares end up on the market. So, it helps the pps without hurting it.
Not sure how the effects of "filing the Form 10, eliminating all debt and lawsuits, paying for significant awareness (which the stock severely lacks), uplisting to OTCQB, getting major movies/productions started" would take one or two years to materialize into the pps. I would think the impact would be immediate
