could also be the well known raiders who targeted CWRN allegedly for profit have slowed down after maximizing their profit-they already helped take the price down to a ridiculous level-most undervalued stock by far-which has not even been contested for a long time. And could be because they probably know they are being watched more closely now,as many have reported on these boards, including a new action against 1 of their principals.

So far they have won over outmatched opponents and have been able to use the magicians tool of misdirection and national boundaries to fashion the debate as one of first amendment free speech. Due to that misdirection, so far the courts have not been able to differentiate between 1) merely a chat board and 2) honest opinion

versus 1) a stock board where money is involved and 2) a targeted campaign of misinformation, improper emphasis and even repeated outright pathological lying-all intended by many to defraud longs. Resulting in people losing their homes and lives -as my best friend who dragged me into stocks did-and when I point this out to raiders some say that encourages them to redouble their efforts-its like looking into the pit of hell where even murder is ok as long as raiders profit- I had no idea this nonsense occurred before being dragged into stocks.

Some of them have at least implied they are working w the sec-which a larger element such as the author of predator nation, have implied have some cause such as a political mandate to go after low priced pennies(though they werent mentioned by name) -since the reported author of that political mandate -due to his reported personal experiences(I've seen doc etc) are anti business. But as reported by such noted author on Charlie Rose program the politicals were unsuccessful in attempting to come against big business-due to their financial/legal and political clout, so instead the attention is apparently directed against small business-

and what better place to start than defenseless low priced pennies-all it would take is watchdog agencies de facto greenlighting the like of dtcc/brokers/otc etc that they werent going to protect those low priced pennies/longs anymore- so dtcc-reportedly owned by brokers restricts hundreds of stocks and brokers restrict  thousands without any warning -often using dtc restriction as an excuse to prevent us from buying or even selling while they short our own stock-these things would be actionable criminal offenses anywhere else.

And at some point it will have to become obvious that it is not just these shorter groups practicing intent to defraud in violation of the sec's own regs -but when the watchdog agencies do nothing about them this should eventually lead to congressional oversight /investigations into this dramatic sea change in the penny market and even blue chips since the fall of 2009, and enforcement policy, because in my honest opinion, after watching these groups turn the penny market upside down, the watchdog agencies under the aegis of that alleged political mandate are blatantly violating their congressional mandate and may eventually be seen as complicit w the raiders who target these low priced pennies w their imo (and I did a paper on libel in law school) blatantly libelous campaigns for profit-otherwise known as an intent to defraud.

None of the cases I've seen have focused on the imo libel for profit agenda-again ignorantly failing to distinguish between a mere chat board (where 1st amendment applies but still have various standards for libel-1st amendment is not limitless ) vs a concentrated campaign intended to defraud longs for profit.

And ever since this sea change occurred its been almost impossible for longs to profit by way of logic, reason or value-because the concentrated libelous campaigns have reduced such things as logic and value to mere shadows unable to compete against the culture of fear purposely created by the shout fire for profit groups.

E.g here we had a very very rare penny company actually break thru to production and net income-(1st junior miner Ive seen do so) w a pps of .0315 before any revenue or ship-and now after shipping over 150k tons of product in a very high profit industry w perhaps 800k or more of inventory (see grajekks post today) worth perhaps 100 million in sale price, they had reduced the pps to .0003 and a total market cap of only 1.3 million with the aid-complicit or otherwise,of groups possibly greenlighted by watchdogs who are suppose to safeguard and represent longs also!!!!!

I dont think most of the non stock playing public even knows shorters exist, let alone their organized campaigns targeting a wide range of stocks,e.g a current campaign such as svm.
