BLOG: Adjusted/Tweaked Mandated Q3 Should/Might Get Posted Pre-Market

Happy Thanksgiving?
Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - despite Herculean efforts, the company has still got a few remaining tweaks required on the Q3 report. It would have been easy and fast to file the Q3 report with "the old way"- which our outside accounting consultants have said may have crossed into some GAAP grey-areas. But the new mandate for HHSE quarterly and annual filings requires that we follow all rules and exercise conservative practices in these financial disclosures.
We believe that we will have this adjusted and corrected Q3 filed by pre-market tomorrow (Friday, Nov. 23). While we realize that we have been encouraged to make prior completion predictions and we have missed those earlier target dates. But we think this is a one-time adjustment to practices. Despite the 95% status at this moment, it's still possible that we will not make this filing by Pre-Market tomorrow... but a full-court press is in motion.
So, excluding the lack of thanks to HHSE for missing the Q3 deadline, we hope that all of our shareholders and longs have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING and terrific holiday season!
