I have no problem with that. But it does NOT mean that they can't equally say this:
"NotifiMED is a modern digital engagement platform"
I'm trying to have an actual discussion but you are making it more difficult than is necessary.
The 'bundling' you are trying to figure out is probably offering their platform for ANY video for ANY purpose.
When you don't equate NotifiCRM with the 'platform' the confusion you stated you have goes away. The 'platform' doesn't require CRM or MED - those things are added to the basic platform to create a product.
I'm willing to be wrong but you seem to be guessing as much as I am.
