it is telling about the use of the word *decoy*
that said .. material events have 4 business days
so for example if the end date agreed upon was last Friday
that would mean .. Monday .. Tuesday .. Wednesday .. Thursday is Holiday so it's not in play .. leaving Friday as the 4th day ..
it will be interesting to see what comes to pass
serial stalking multi and embeds seeded since 2009 .. have a real issue if mgmt delivers
