There are judges appointed by both Bush's who have ruled against Trump. And now the GOP president appointee Roberts is calling out the Moron in Chef. Good for him!
Historically, judges have voted often enough against the president who appointed them to make your assertion laughable.
It doesn't even occur to you that justices rule in favor of the law that applies to the case before them.
