Nonsensical drawings? Recycled pictures?
Well they were drawn by Via Rail Engineering a well known company which just happens to be a professional railroad industry experts who design, manufacture, and develop sites for freight shippers wishing to use rail to efficiently ship product to distributors
So if you want to call them incompetent that's up to you but you obviously haven't even looked at the plans or even know the company or what ithey represents. btw they have a website, a little tidbit of info for you.
