The way I see it, this company has great potential, but there hurdles that will continue to get in the way...
We hear about all the great strategic partnerships with industry heavyweights, but why haven't this created revenue?
There is constant need for funding to finance growth, through expensive debt or equity diluting stock deals. (How are they going to pay for the merger?)
Stock manipulation, hurting their currency.
Debt heavy Balance Sheet.
On the positive side....Innovative technology, with the potential to change the industry.
Impressive management and advisory board members.
Merger partners with vision, revenue and strong balance sheet.
CEO with a passion who is heavily invested in their success.
So it's a wait and see how the story plays out and if they can succeed before they are drown by debt.
