I agree with you that we still need a big PR to make the price rise significantly but the ads showing up on FB is a big deal. It shows that SB is finally delivering on a promise albeit not the big one we are looking for like Delaware settlement or PL but its a step in the right direction.
I'm hoping this will get us back into the low 2's and who know with a surprise PR today that can catapult us back up.
