Sure, it doesn't change the fact that she has them but it does give a little insight as to what the company is actually doing. Are they even legitimate at this point? Why would a company issue shares to the former CEOs wife? That doesn't make any sense. Real money is exchanging hands here and the former CEOs wife gets some? If you're a company that wants to work with ANDI for shares and you see that they issued 200 million shares to some lady for absolutely no reason, are you going to take them seriously? I wouldn't. Does any other major company just issue 200 million shares to the former CEOs wife? Did Mrs Gates get 200 million shares of Microsoft issued to her just because? How about Mrs Bezos? Mrs Zuckerberg? Was she issued 200 million shares of Facebook?
