Some are questioning Rory’s video update however I found two people who did enjoy it. One is Jasmin Volk, business developer of Salesforce and the other is Kelly Hansen, Senior developer of global customer value for SAP concur.
We have one who was announced in the 10Q and video update as a current integration and we have the other who we all have seen on twitter using our tech for their videos. I wonder why SAP was liking our shareholder update?
It’s reassuring when you see our partners and maybe future partners being excited about our company.
Everyone should really think twice about our current market cap of 31MM and ask yourself if this value makes any sense. What’s mind boggling is we can all agree sound concepts is a done deal, with their 490K users they should estimate min 24.5MM in annual revs. Yet our market cap is 31MM? Hmmm right. Basically if I had 31MM in the bank that’s how much I can pay for it today? (Hypothetically speaking). For 31MM I can buy FUSZ and I will most likely acquire Sound concepts and based on the financials with the added users you are looking at min 2MM profit per year. Mutual funds and or investment properties don’t make those returns.
There is some disconnect between the current price as of today vs what this company should be truly worth. Should be exciting to see that S1/A and what the underwriter factors in, keep in mind they take into consideration future potential earnings as well as the combined merger of FUSZ and SC.
I’m not a chart expert although I have the word trader in my name (created this profile back in 2016 on iHub to do my original DD on FUSZ, iHub was the only place back then to do any which is why I find it sad that board got to the point it is today) BUT I believe most traders would assume like the investors will see a bounce.
