Job Description:
Provide general administrative assistance, such as filing, data entry and project assistance, to various departments as needed. Light reception duties such as welcoming visitors, answering or referring inquiries, maintaining visitor log and conference room schedule.
Responsibilities:
General Reception Duties including greeting visitors and answering phones
Online media monitoring
Extracting, aggregating and performing assessment of data
Monitoring online forums and customer reviews
Maintain the condition of the office and office equipment and order supplies.
Requirements:
1-2 years of social media experience
Internet/Tech savvy
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and managing files and records.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
