I can say them, conservatard.
'A single human heart beat appearing' is a private matter between a woman and her doctor, father present or not.
A majority in this country approve of the law that makes it a private matter of choice. Largely because few people want busybody wannabe theocrats intruding their beliefs in that situation, much, much, less in cases of impregnation from rape or incest.
Lastly, the day you sanctimonious bastards start caring as much for the health, healthcare and education of those 'heartbeats' AFTER they're born will be the day people pay even a little attention to you.
