Institutions look at the value of a company and it's potential. If the market cap is far lower than what their DD determines the value, the demand for shares will be higher.

Everyone should do their own DD and put a value on nFusz & SC today, two months from now the value of them together and then a year from now. I am not talking about sp, but the market cap. By doing your own DD, you can determine whether you believe it's a $50M, $500M or $2B company and at what stage/timeframe.
Take each vertical starting with the MLM. Look the competition if any and what percent of the market share you believe they will take. Put a value on each of the verticals. You can believe Sound Concepts did.
You won't get this answer off a message board but keep this in mind. SC, BOA, BOD and new employees are betting on one outcome and they have the inside track of what's going on.
