With licensing deals, QMC will contribute QD R&D and production when needed, but the Assam deal probably means siting a continuous flow process nano-reactor on site. All product R&D and manufacturing are done by AMTRON and Amtronics CC. My point is that QMC does not need its own large manufacturing plant because it will not make end-product by itself. One nano-reactor fits in a 1000ft wetlab. Not a lot of space needed, or 'footprint'.
I see QMC replicating this deal with other Indian states and eventually other countries like China, and large Multi-national companies like/similar to Dow Dupont. Why not?
EDIT: QMC is saying to other entities it deals with - this is the deal we WILL do. It is up to them to meet QMC's terms, IMO
