trtc. starting to act just like nrti did. announce a big news event. merger. get people to buy shares. which they did. and then go completely quiet and then disappear. same cfo and same ceo. more than likely the same outcome. it's sinking like a rock. i'd be afraid right now to buy it as a flip.
