Most will have to buy .0005s to have 50M > 100M in their inventory at a cost basis of .0004+.0005 for the 100%+ move into the .0011 > .0020 range.
That always was the case but it is easier to see now that it is known there won't be any significant amount of .0003s to be had before the next move run.
