The payment for the buyout is already set and son is the price is my guess.
It will be at the uplist price is how I have read everything.
They won't have to announce all of that in the S1A.
People keep second guessing Rory, the reason why is no one on these boards has created a company that solved a need and cornered the market all at once. He has and sold it for hundreds of millions. That company was recently bought for over a Billion, it's still viable.
Look at the contracts
Look at All of the MultiBillion Dollar Companies that are working with Rory to intergrate our tech into their systems.
They are appointing people to be point person to speed up the intergrations and education of the Tech.
Look who is allowing us to intergrate into their tech without signing 1 exclusive contract.
They are passing out the tech on to their customer base which are other companies.
The caliber of talent that is backing Rory and wanting to be a part of this "otc" stock with low revenues. For shares....
Everything is set.
People are only reading and listening the past events and refuse to believe or simple like to ignore what is right in front of them and just down the road.
