Mr. Pedro Villagran-Garcia , President & CEO, is pleased to announce that it has closed a first phase of its non-brokered private placement of up to 15.0 million units at a price that remains to be specified.
We have receive an amount of money pursuant to the announcement made on October 9, 2018 .
The proceeds of the offering will be used to fund exploration of the companys Sonora projects and for working capital. The company will make a separate announcement regarding its latest acquisitions.
The financing is subject to regulatory approval, including payment of any finders fees.
