In regards to Question 1 that’s up until Nov 8th when the definitive agreement was signed. If they continue their 35% increase in user base quarter over quarter, by end of year you are looking at roughly 8MM - 10MM for Q4 alone. 9.8MM to be more precise if the whole quarter we had an addition 35% increase to start the quarter from the 490K users
