For those who aren’t sure if nFusz’s decision

1 - Soundconcepts weren’t for sale and they were introduced to nFUSZ by a mutual client.
2 - We are buying a 30 year profitable company
3 - As red says we will have the horse power of 80 employees
4 - SC has a rapid growing user base
Here is what is even more interesting!
Earlier this year Salesforce acquired Mulesoft for 6.5BB where Mulesoft declared roughly 300MM in annual revenues, had a annual loss of roughly 100MM. The main reason Salesforce bought Mulesoft was because of their userbase. Salesforce basically bought a company for 21.5 times it’s revenue and was at a big loss resulting in Salesforce having a very rough chance of making that co cash flow positive. So why did Salesforce by Mulesoft knowing that info, well like every other CRM company acquiring other CRM companies, it’s to use their own tech to sell to their newly acquired companies user base.
When you look at our acquisition of nFusz. We’re buying a company who wasn’t for sale at less than 2 times it’s sale with a very nice profit that can pay for the expenses of nfusz. Relatively speaking, our acquisition of sound concepts looks a lot better on paper than Salesforce acquisition of Mulesoft
