Due to the plans already being made to accommodate

This is the exact opposite of the situation this company was in when first distributing products. In the first two years of distribution (2015 & 2016), we very often had to wait while bigger clients had their orders fulfilled. If those orders were large, and they most often were, we would have to wait weeks for our orders to be fulfilled.
That will no longer be a problem. Still, the "proof is in the pudding" as they say. Until the fins show how well the product is flowing in the form of reported revenues from sales, there will be some hesitation.
Not everyone has the foresight to the most likely outcome. They have to have pre-existing proof of success before they'll invest. That's a much safer approach, but the huge upside potential usually shrinks along with the risk factor. In most cases, the stocks of companies already proven successful have long since traded for well above .01/share.
