It really is funny.
People are panicked about the RS.
Do the math. What will the share price be on a plain valuation with the acquisition of SC alone.
Hint, not .25 cents and not lower.
But people want more shares at cheaper and cheaper prices, but don't want an RS.
Greed - I want cake and eat it too and want more cake and not gain weight or have heart disease or diabetes or any other negative consequences and why can't I have only free cake that never stops coming after I eat it?!?!
I want and expect to get everything I want without working for it.
It's either buy at the ask and raise the share price and hold long term and have an unbelievable run on this stock when it uplists or drive the price down hoping to buy lower and lower and just raise the chances of an RS or a higher and higher RS and then pay up after it uplists.... with less of a overall % gain.
I have an opinion on these people, but who wants to hear my POV.....
