Actually he lives in his mother's basement so he can probably borrow some of hers until she lets him out of the dungeon to play with his illegal stock manipulating friends River and the Drunkard! I highly recommend everybody with an account on Liehub to complain to admin about I-Blow and his nasty and illegal scare tactics of threatening to call the SEC.
I would go as far to say that Dr Dalton should be informed of these baseless immoral and unethical threats because a good lawyer can call Liehub and they will ban that noron and his evil scoundrel minions. After all Liehub has been sued and lost before and their founder is an ex-con!
