Notice the word licensing is used on paragraph #3 but not on #5. Could be a parternship/licensing deal and left it out or it's a straight partnership.
Now you have to ask yourself. What vendor has the synergistic products to bundle in notifiCRM? How many "large cloud services providers" are there?
That list is small.
Scroll down just a bit on this link to see what is offered with Microsoft Office. I didn't look at all the companies but I would guess all of them were bought by Microsoft besides the internal products they developed. I remember the deals on some of them. Because of this, I don't think notifiCRM would be bundled into Office unless there was a thought of buying nFusz down the short road. Anything is possible. Could be bundled into something else MS has or it's a different vendor maybe equally as large. Got to ask yourself. Why did nFusz go through the trouble of moving over to Azure? Didn't have to move over to Oracle to get that integration.

We enter into license and partnership agreements with other CRM providers to incorporate our notifiCRM technology into such other CRM providers’ software platforms that they offer to their existing and prospective client base for an additional monthly fee, which fee is shared with us. In January 2018, we entered into such an agreement with Oracle America, Inc., to integrate our notifiCRM application into their NetSuite platform on a revenue share basis. In addition, in February 2018, we entered into a similar agreement with Marketo, Inc. to integrate our notifiCRM application into their platform on a revenue share basis."
"5 We intend to enter into partnership agreements with large cloud services providers, who bundle our application with such providers’ other applications offered to their existing and prospective global customer base in order to drive more data storage and bandwidth utilization fees from such customers. We are currently finalizing contract negotiations with two such cloud services providers for similar partnership relationships."
