(OTC:EPAZ), a leading provider of blockchain mobile apps and cloud-based business software solutions, announced today that the company is in the process of creating a Canadian subsidiary for ZenaPay. Last week, ZenaPay launched the Plant Tracker app for the Canadian 420 legalization market. For the company to take full advantage of the Canadian market, ZenaPay is forming a Canadian subsidiary and setting up an office in Canada. The company is working with both its American lawyers and Canadian lawyers to set up Canadian operations over the next few months.
The Canadian subsidiary will collect all revenue for the ZenaPay Plant Tracker app. ZenaPay will release a paid version of the app that will automatically submit data to the Canadian Regulatory Body.
