I’ve received a number of calls and emails from people requesting information and updates. This message is intended solely to provide as much information as I will comfortably release.
Firstly, we are not engaged in discussions with anyone regarding a merger. There have been extremely casual conversations, in the context of other matters, where technology acquisitions were discussed. I put no stock in those discussions at this time.
Secondly, we are working on several transactions, which IF successful, would bring revenue into TPAC. I will not speculate as to when or if those transactions will come to fruition. When and if they do, an 8K will be filed, the company will be brought current and there will be an outline of plans for moving forward. Detailed information regarding the transactions will not be disclosed, due to the past history of these types of disclosures.
Thirdly, my health is excellent and I thank all of those people who have expressed concern for my health. I must say, this aspect of the past 18 months has been the most interesting, in that most people show genuine concern, while a handful of people have expressed delight in my illness. That was and is shocking, but it speaks more to their character than anything else. I particularly wish that those people will find the happiness they are obviously lacking in this world, as we only get one shot at this.
Finally, I wish things would go more quickly and I wish that we had consummated deals by this time, but we haven’t. I will continue to work 12-16 hours a day to get TPAC to where it should be and I will continue to try to provide information to shareholders. However, I won’t answer questions that require detailed information and I’d prefer not to engage with those who talk about karma etc. I’m not asking anyone to have patience, because if I were in your shoes I’d have lost patience long ago. I’m not even asking anyone to believe in what I’m saying. If I were you, I’d be skeptical as well. I can say that I’m going to continue to get stronger and continue to work harder. In the meantime. When the time comes, we will make the proper announcement. Sometime following that announcement, when and if a deal is consummated, I will hold a conference call so as to answer any and all questions and explain what has transpired and where we may be going.
