CBDD trading affected by lack of L2 Market Depth on E*Trade today.
Traders don't have the confidence to hit the ask when they can't see how thin it is to the upside and they don't know where to bid realistically to reload / add.
Spoke to E*Trade - should be fixed by Monday.
In the meantime, it is obvious that many traders have locked in profits at .0011 if they were patient - or .0010 or .0009 with 61M traded so far.
Watching for bargains later when short term traders decide to sell as it's Friday.
