Good health is tricky, wow. Sometimes you think you are doing the right thing and then it turns out you're not. #7 on that list trips me up. I use to eat a lot of tuna. Always thought it was really healthy - low fat, high quality protein and supposedly "brain food". Then it turns out that fish is high in mercury and really bad for you. Needless to say, I quit eating tuna years ago. But I suppose the damage is already done. On the plus side, I can use it as an excuse when a trade goes bad. Brain fog due to overconsumption of tuna!
