If one looks at the number of shares that trade hands and compares it to the number of shares outstanding, and combine that fact with how it has been for a long time - one can draw the following obvious conclusion if one wishes to:
Clearly, most of the float does not want to be traded. While that will not predict the price per share for you tomorrow, the next day, next week, next month, etc. it does give a clear indication of where the smart money believes this thing is eventually heading.
