Food for thought... the PPS of companies fluctuate, sometimes for no good reason. Case in point... Apple. A few months ago they looked like they were heading for $700.00. Look at them today... does anyone think their going out of business? Of course not. Your currently looking at fire-sale prices - without a fire. Apple will be back... and so will PNCH.
