Hey CJ you are the man, but I have to leap in here for just a second because quite frankly I am not getting something!!!!!
HELLO, CAN ANYONE HEAR ME, IS ANYBODY OUT THERE, DID YOU NOT READ OR UNDERSTAND CJ's POST, AND AFTER ALL THE PRIOR DD THAT's BEEN DONE, DO YOU STILL NOT BELIEVE?????
COME ON PEEPS, WHERE IS EVERYONE? Excuse me folks but I simply can't believe how dead thIs board is!!!
As pointed out, there are some major developments occurring and it seems like nobody is excited.... Peeps, you have got to allow yourself to believe and let go a little bit, IT's OK, LET IT OUT, IF NOTHING ELSE, JUST A LITTLE BIT.
I know the looming news is not directly involving the LAW SUITS OR THE REVERSAL, BUT LET THIS SINK IN.
You have to look at the totality of this situation. Take R&G and B&R for instance, their is a very good reason these two power house Law Firms took this case, and it has everything to do with HOMEWORK!!!!! Did you know that R&G has a proven record for not losing cases? Want to know why that is? HOMEWORK!!!! This Law Firm learns everything there is to know about a potential clients company, such as the people making the decisions, the financial history of the company, the product line, the legitimacy of the patents (There Specialty), the market for the products, the potential customers who will use the products, the money that can be made from those customers, etc etc etc.
So I ask you, do you think with the reputation R&G has, would they do all that homework and then said amongst themselves, (Well it doesn't look like we can win this one, but let's give it the ole college try and see how we make out!! Oh yea, and just to spice it up a little bit, since they can't afford our fee, let's represent them for free for now even though we might loose the case).
I THINK NOT, come on peeps they took this case for one reason and one reason only, and that reason is, THEY KNOW THEY Will WIN!!! THOSE ARE THE ONLY CASES THEY WILL TAKE. WHAT POWERHOUSE LAW FIRM WOULD RISK THEIR REPUTATION FOR FREE, JUST TO TAKE A LOSS? Here's a little hint, NONE
SO I ASK YOU AGAIN, Why are you all sitting back as quite as a church mouse not showing any enthusiasm? DON'T BE SCARED, LET LOOSE A LITTLE BECAUSE THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL!!!!
