It was a good buying opportunity. More shares in true investors hands, unless "longs" sold. As for me, I just became richer this morning helping those that didn't want their shares anymore. I don't recall nFUSZ saying they have to do an RS, although that was put on the table as an option. Did you ever get in trouble when you were a kid and your dad took his belt off to threaten you? Rory just took his "belt off" to the shorts. Even if nFUSZ opted to do an RS, I don't see how that would be any worse than not doing one unless it was done for no potential to get off of the OTC. Do you want to stay on the OTC? If not, then an RS looks pretty appealing if it will get us to NASDAQ.
