I think it's just that no one wants to speak up. My opinion - of course SB is selling some shares, and I think many here expected that. IMO, TP is absolutely correct, that SB is selling his quarterly shares (up to 1% of the O/S per quarter, Rule 144). We saw that it was filed 8/30 for 44,360,473 shares "planned to be sold within the next 90 days." (only 2 weeks left to finish whatever # he decided to sell)
Sure, there's revenue flowing and profits being made and utilized for growth, but there's always uses for as much cash as can be made available, and this looks like one avenue SB's committed to. It doesn't dilute, and every little bit to pay bills helps - especially including DE SOS and the Cogosense acquisition.
I think some are just taking advantage of a possible flipping opportunity for making some lunch money, as you could see retail undercut MAXM this morning. Probably retail dumped the 4M early on, and MAXM dumped the 8M this afternoon.
Nice to see big blocks go like that. The sooner MAXM unloads those shares and gets off the ASK, the better, before more flippers join the party.
